Description
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support Experian's vertical markets by driving project coordination, automation, AI implementation and operational excellence across vertical marketing programs. This role is critical for ensuring a smooth execution of marketing initiatives and leveraging technology to improve efficiency. You will report to the Director, Vertical Marketing and Operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support integrated marketing programs, events, and special projects with planning, logistics, and execution.
- Coordinate and manage vertical market campaigns and thought leadership initiatives, ensuring deliverables are completed.
- Assist with reporting and process management, including campaign codes, SOPs, and repository updates (SharePoint, Seismic).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of marketing assets.
- Contribute to process improvement and standardization to enhance efficiency leveraging AI and implementing automation when appropriate.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or project management (B2B preferred).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo) and interest in AI-driven marketing solutions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Wrike, Tableau a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
