Description

Business analysts are the drivers of our continued growth and success. With their commitment to innovation, these analysts seek, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. This role works closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in developing functional specifications and user stories.
• Support testing activities, including creating test cases and validating results.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to manage projects and user testing

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Six Sigma, Scrum).
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities are important.
• Experience with Power BI and create interactive dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel automation, including macros, power queries, and advanced formulas.
• Basic programming knowledge in M, DAX, & VBA
