Description

TenderLink is recognised as the market leading provider of tender notification services and online tendering technology throughout Australasia. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our client's business and positioning the value Experian TenderLink solutions provide through communication and demonstration of your industry experience, and knowledge of the tendering market as to how Experian TenderLink can best meet these needs.

The key objectives for this role are to increase uptake and ongoing use of Experian TenderLink products and services in the market and thereby grow Experian TenderLink' s revenue through existing and new products as well as through cross selling and promoting Experian products that align with Experian TenderLink customers.

What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian

  • Strong Focus on Client Engagement and Interaction and Appetite for Client Satisfaction
  • Experience in sales and relationship management with a track record of solution selling
  • Demonstrated success in networking at various levels amongst industry leaders with strong relationship management skills.
  • Experience building strong relationships effectively and efficiently
  • Track record of new business development and customer growth
  • Experience building and maintaining strong networks
  • Knowledge of the Tendering and procurement Industry
  • Experience confidently presenting to clients and customers

Work that matters - What you'll be doing

  • Leading client demonstrations and articulating the value of TenderLink and Experian products, whilst understanding customers key drivers.
  • Participating and successfully achieving campaign targets through sales initiatives and campaigns
  • Securing new business opportunities with key decision makers and exceed customer expectations
  • Meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets and market penetration objectives
  • Maintaining a strong and healthy pipeline of leads and potential customers
  • Completing all administrative Tasks in a timely manner and tracking all opportunities and updates in Salesforce
  • Meeting and exceeding set KPI targets.
