Description

The AI/ML Partner Intern will support our ESS Global Partnerships team. You will work under the Director of Operations Programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Partner Sales Agent training datasets by expanding data coverage for broader geographical regions, incorporating additional use cases, and integrating new data assets. This includes fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) to improve accuracy for partner-related workflows.
  • Develop new AI-driven agents to address latest needs, such as partner discovery, partner solution sales pipeline management, and advanced analytics for partnership performance insights.
  • Research and implement AI solutions that increase productivity improvements for the Partnership Team, using automation and workflows to refine operations and reduce manual effort.
  • Create and deploy a Partner Onboarding Support Agent for external use, aimed at guiding partners through onboarding processes within MyExperian, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.


Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's programin Computer Science, Data Engineeringor related field of study
  • Experience coding in Python
  • Return to school in Fall 2026 to complete degree
  • Understanding of Agentic AI concepts, hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), and proficiency in engineering principles.
  • Coursework or projects involving AI/ML development
