Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor or Team Lead to mentor our onsite teams across SG1 and SG3. This role is pivotal in driving process adherence, maintaining team morale and upholding company values, and ensuring operational excellence.
Whilst a mix of management and technical experience would be ideal, we are particularly interested in speaking with candidate who wants to build and run a high performing team - with an emphasis on staff development key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Management
- Provide immediate supervision to support our engineers at all levels

- Assign tasks, monitor work, maintain schedules and workflow
- Manage personnel details including salaries, hiring, reviews, coaching, and training
- Guide and support complex issues and emergencies
Project / Infrastructure Site Management
- Plan, coordinate, budget, and implement resources for projects and maintenance
- Execute routine tasks and meet weekly targets
- Provide input and guidance towards budget and site capacity supervision
Technical Expertise
- Apply knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems in a data center setting
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies
- Assist with startup tests and documentation
Incident and Process Management
- Communicate and coordinate activities and staff during incidents
- Ensure team adherence to SOPs and collaborate with the training department
- Focus on mentoring and uplifting the team
Qualifications, key skills and attributes:
- Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Strong and broad understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, controls, safety protocols, and emergency procedures
- Passion for leadership and mentoring team and developing skillsets
- Help to provide direct support and guidance to junior engineers and empower senior engineers
- Broad technical background with focus on process management
- Adapt to any internal procedures and daily tasks
