Lead AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in our Knowledge Query Agents project. This initiative focuses on developing a Super Agent that orchestrates department-specific agents to deliver accurate and efficient responses.
Your work will involve advanced AI components, including LLM integration, multi-turn conversations, multi-retrieval mechanisms, prompt engineering, and knowledge engineering.

Responsibilities

• Write efficient, maintainable code following software engineering best practices
• Continuously refineRetrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)methods, including embedding, chunking, and search algorithm setup
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies

Requirements

• 4+ years of experiencein AI Engineering
• Strong programming skills inPython
• Experience building scalable AI solutions within a modern technology stack
• Proficiency inCI/CDandtest-driven development
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts (e.g., neural networks, optimization algorithms)
• Familiarity withRetrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
