Enovis™ - Demand Planner
Location: Lisbon (Hybrid) | Supply Chain Planning

About the Role
The Demand Planner is a fully independent contributor responsible for owning demand forecasts for assigned product lines, channels, or customers. The role improves forecast accuracy, supports S&OP; processes, and translates commercial inputs into actionable demand plans.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts using statistical models, market intelligence and historical data.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions.
• Lead monthly demand review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Use planning and analytics tools including Kinaxis, Oracle, Power BI and Excel.
• Provide demand inputs for monthly S&OP; cycles.
• Prepare demand assumptions, risks and forecast change analysis.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product teams to align commercial plans.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning to ensure demand and supply alignment.
• Prepare demand review presentations and KPI reporting.
• Communicate forecast drivers, assumptions and risks to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting processes, tools and data quality.
• Support planning system enhancements and best practices.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain analytics.
• Experience with Kinaxis, SAP APO/IBP, Oracle or similar planning systems.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities; Power BI preferred.
• Solid understanding of S&OP; processes.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
