Your role:
As a key member of our Quality team, you'll be the voice of the customer-ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded throughout the product lifecycle. You'll lead quality initiatives for customer projects, manage claims, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do
- Act as the quality lead for customer-specific projects and new product development.
- Collaborate with process quality and project teams to apply lessons learned and best practices early in development.
- Lead customer complaint resolution using tools like 8D, A3, and root cause analysis.
- Serve as the main contact for customer quality communications and meetings.
- Track and report on customer KPIs and complaint metrics.
- Support tender activities and ensure quality requirements are met.
- Prepare and deliver quality reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in quality, after-sales, or customer-facing engineering roles.
- Experience in transformer technology is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Skills that set you apart:
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and quality tools (8D, A3, Pareto, histograms, etc.).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, and tools like Minitab is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, positive mindset with the ability to thrive in a global, matrixed environment.
