Senior Analyst - Digital Solutions

What you'll do:

• Drive the delivery of advanced digital solutions to accelerate the digital transformation of the GFA COE Suzhou Center, empowering the team with cutting-edge digital capabilities.
• Manage Multiple Projects: Oversee and deliver multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion within defined scope and budget.
• Accelerate Digital Transformation: Empower the GFA COE team by enhancing digital capabilities, conducting benchmarking, and introducing cutting-edge technologies to drive GFA's digital transformation journey.
• Deploy Standardized Digital Solutions: Implement Eaton's standard digital solutions to meet business needs in GFA COE standardization and optimization, ensuring alignment with global controllership strategies and objectives.
• Foster a Digital Culture: Promote a digital-first mindset and continuously build the team's digital technology competencies.
• Provide Technical Support to COE OpEx Team: Collaborate with the GFA COE OpEx team to propose tailored digital solutions based on collected business requirements.
• Drive Innovation: Stay current with emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices to foster innovation across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• Over 7 years working experience in developing and delivering digital solution.
• Demonstrates deep understanding and proficient application of Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps,RPA solutions, and other advanced digital technologies
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of identifying business needs and proposing scalable, practical solutions to optimize and streamline GFA standard processes
• Excellent Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong focus on delivery and execution. PMP certification is preferred.
• Willing to take responsibility, openness to learning and result orientation
• Demonstrates strong accountability, adaptability, and resilience.
