Senior Administrative Assistant - Tax
Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant - Tax. This position will be a hybird role based out of our North American HQ in Beachwood, OH.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $53000 - $78000 a year.

What you'll do:
This position is a member of a specialized global administrative team (US Tax Administrative CoE) to provide administrative solutions to the global tax department. The Global tax department includes more than 250+ tax professionals, including the Tax Administrative CoE (Center of Excellence). The Global tax department is responsible for tax planning and statutory compliance for all of Eaton's worldwide operations. As a part of this position's responsibility is providing administrative and office support for the Tax - Vice Presidents based out the of Beachwood, OH office.

Job Responsibilities:
• Serve as the single point of contact for managing tax leader's calendars, proactively managing overlaps, required meetings and conflicts
• Work with other US Tax CoE team members to complete various tax projects assigned by tax professionals • Provide back-up support to SVP, Taxes & Finance Technology as needed
• Sort and distribute daily mail, including scanning and sending mail to team members, and prepare outgoing mailings such as certified and FEDEX packages
• Manage office supply purchases as needed to ensure consistent inventory
• Organize team lunches, and provide assistance for larger events as necessary
• Provide administrative set-up for new-hires including file access set up, maintain team organizational charts, email distributions lists, office layout footprint and floor maintenance work order ticket system
• Proficient use of Teams for seamless facilitation of quarterly global tax department meetings
• Other day to day activities as required, such as external guest support, and any other urgent administrative needs.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Minimum of a high school diploma from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Administrative or Personal Assistant, with at least 3 years working with Executive-level leaders
• No relocation is being offered for this position only candidates located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
Skills:
• Up to 10% travel required.
• Experience in Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.
• Flexible and pro-active; Ability and willingness to perform a variety of important sometimes urgent, confidential, and complex tasks with constantly shifting priorities while maintaining a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
• Exhibits high degree of reliability and trustworthiness with an ethical approach.
• Effectively work and partner with people at all levels of the organization, as well as external contacts, customers, suppliers, etc.
