Prescription Manager, PD

What you'll do:
The primary function of the job is to provide Power Distribution field application related activities either direct to customer or through partners work together with sales team to achieve customer satisfaction, exceed annual sales and growth targets.
Deploys all prescription actions with assigned Design M&E consultant ,Budgeting M&E Consultan / QS to maximize business with them.
To build and secure relationship with Desin and Budgeting M&E consultants including QS with strong understanding on IEC / UL standard componen and type test MV & LV panel. To work with Standarization body (Government / related Ministry e.g. ESDM , PLN and other standarization body)

To work with PD related association (METI - Renewable Energy Association, MKI - Energy Conservation Energy, IDPRO - Indonesia Data Center Provider Association)
To work with Sales team on approaching End Users and Contractors to make sure specification is aligned with consultant.
Job Responsibilities
A. Promoting & Prescribe) Eaton products and containerized solutions to regional or local End User & consultant.
B. Identify potential new Electrical & Mechanical Consultant and diversify into new segments. Build strong relationship with design engineer, budgeting engineer ,architect and electrical contractors and Consultans
C. Develop by customizing attractive Low Voltage & Medium Voltage (LV & MV) solution, Transformer, Busduct and ATS with competitive price for solution partners, contractors and consultant.
D. Provide and maintain a strong technical knowledge with good service and support level to customers, as to achieve customer satisfaction
E. Conduct product & Solution sharing, specify Eaton brand and its products and solutions to influencers and decision makers
F. Develop & execute Prescription strategy plan maximizing Eaton's competitive advantages
G. Perform Eaton software simulation for discrimination study and fault calculation for internal or external stakeholders, where applicable.
H. Decent knowledge of containerized solution involving LV & MV Power Distribution, Mechanical Cooling and Ventiliation system & Fire & Sprinkler system, Transfomer, Busduct and ATS would be considered as advantages.
I. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:

c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS

Qualifications:
A. Significant Electrical & Mechanical Product/Services Knowledge
B. Ability to respond to a variety of challenging circumstances
C. Significant experience utilizing Value Added Selling techniques
D. Ability to work well within a team
E. 5+ years related experience in power distribution product & marketing
F. Fluent in written and spoken English
G. Takes initiative and instils confidence in peers and sales personnel
Skills:
A. Strong Time Management Skills

C. Strong Interpersonal Skills
D. Strong organization and project management skills
