Pole-mounted Circuit Breaker R&D Engineer

What you'll do:

  • 负责柱上元器件产品研发计划的制定和执行, 带领团队成员完成新产品开发及老产品更新维护的工作任务。
  • 负责柱上元器件产品的研发和技术方案评审；
  • 组织和管理团队的任务分配、进度控制和产品交付；
  • 协调和沟通与其他各相关部门的工作, 确保团队各项业务及时完成, 并保持与其他部门的良好合作；
  • 培养团队成员, 做好团队管理工；
  • 参与公司相关产品的技术预研。；

Qualifications:

  • 全日制统招本科及以上学历, 电气、机械等相关领域；
  • 具有10年以上中压断路器研发经验, 熟悉中压断路器产品结构、工艺和相关标准要求, 有柱上开关产品开发经验者优先；、
  • 熟悉GB、IEC、IEEE等相关电气标准；
  • 具备较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作能力, 能够有效协调关键技术问题；
  • 具备运动学、机械、电气等仿真分析能力者优先；
  • 有较强的抗压能力, 可以适应一定频率的出差；
  • 良好的学习能力, 工作认真负责、细致严谨；
  • 对海外市场应用需求熟悉者优先；
  • 具备机械、电气等仿真分析能力者优先。
