We are seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager to join our Middle East IT Teamin Dubai, UAE.

The IT Business Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding the business needs of the organization and ensuring that IT services align with those needs and are in-line with the company's strategic goals.

What you'll do:

  • Manage strategic alignment between business and IT organization, ensuring IT initiatives are in accordance with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders to understand and drive strategic objectives.
  • Ensure that IT services support the overall business strategy and are in-line with IT strategic directive.
  • Drive execution of major IT programs in Middle East region, with primary focus on new manufacturing campus at Dubai.
  • Responsible that deliverables of IT programs are well defined, achieved on time, within scope and budget, and according to required quality standards.
  • Coordinate alignment with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, HR, manufacturing and other departments, to ensure successful program execution.
  • Identify and manage IT program risks, and implement mitigation strategies when necessary.
  • Leads reporting to senior management on IT program statuses and performance, and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Demonstrate financial acumen and ownership through CAR preparations, budget management and profit planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the delivery of IT programs in the region.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, ensuring effective communication and engagement at all stakeholder level.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in IT program management or a similar role.

Skills:

  • Fluent in English, Arabic language will be an asset
  • Proven knowledge in senior stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrate understanding of IT services and their role in supporting business objectives.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, inlcuding Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of financial process on budget management and profit planning.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of IT infrastructure and software lifecycle management.
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
  • PMP, BRMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a global organization.
