Indirect Procurement Capital Sourcing
What you'll do:
This position will be based in Pune and responsible for Individual Contribution to Capital Sorcing in Indirect Procurement team, supporting the activities related to RFX, Eaton Standard Sourcing Process, eRFQ's and eAuctions for Global Sites. This position will play a key role in coordinating and execution of ONE Eaton Standard Sourcing process with the Global Category Managers and business units for Capital Category in Indirect Sourcing across EMEA, North America and APAC.
"1. Develop, deploy and monitor ONE Eaton Sourcing Process for Indirect Procurement Capital Category.
2. Manage the program/project, provide technical guidance and mentoring as necessary.
3. Ensure projects meet their financial goals by converting the savings identified through rigorous follow up with the Category Managers and supporting them proactively on their needs.
4. Lead & manage Capital Category, Work with cross functional key internal stakeholders to ensure supply reliability, best total cost, on time delivery, minimum risk and best quality.
5. Monitor market evolution; perform market intelligence research for global commodities and currency fluctuations as well as future trends both technical and environmental.
6. Identify cost saving potentials and implementations of such plans on assigned category with risk management.
7. Provide analysis of spend data, prioritize and launch sourcing initiatives, Lead negotiations for complex Capex and Opex projects.
8.Identify, establish, monitor and control all the necessary metrics to have complete process rigor.
9. Rigorously work with the team for continuous improvements and sustain it in the team and the process.

10. Establish robust capability monitoring mechanism for all the critical process and product parameters.
11. Communicates with the Supply Chain teams globally regarding opportunities in alignment with commodity strategies
12. Participate in risks assessment and risk management along with the project teams comprising global SCM leaders and commodity managers
13. Lead governance meetings with internal/external stakeholders to ensure compliance to SLAs & enhance customer satisfaction
14. Work on to data analytics, process automations, macros, etc.,"
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Engineering OR Supply Chain Management
10-12 years in Supply Chain Management preferably in Indirect Sourcing with categories like Professional Services, CAPEX, Facilities, MRO, Packaging, IT & Telecom
Skills:
Certification- Any certification in supply management like CPSM, CSM is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent knowledge with MS office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Project)
Team Management, Time Management, Conflict Management, Ability to work under tough situations, High Impact Communication, Global exposure, tech savvy.
