Facilities Coordinator
What you'll do:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
A. Coordinate maintenance work related to buildings, offices and services, to keep them in good condition and ensure continuity of plant operations, ensuring safe working conditions with an impact on the environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Coordinate, establish and modify preventive and predictive maintenance in buildings, offices and services.
B. Coordinate and establish preventive maintenance procedures related with services machines.
C. Coordinate projects related with improve building, office and services.
D. Report and update certifications related with building, office and services.
E. Coordinate the budget in maintenance work related with building, office, and services.
F. Coordinate and assure safe work conditions, related to light, air, electricity and energy.
G. Coordinate cleaning services.
H. Implements, promotes and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules. Identify, control and administer risk and danger in own area.
I. Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results. #LI-DG2
Qualifications:
A. University degree required, with qualification in maintenance or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
B. 3 years experience in a similar leadership role with an emphasis in facilities maintenance, utilities and capital projects. Manufacturing background is a must.
C. High level of interpersonal skill to work effectively with others
D. Strong leadership skills, must be capable of leading their organization on a continuous journey of sustained improvement, including ability to manage large number of disparate projects and to track projects through completion.
E. Adept at development and utilization of software solutions
F. Understanding of manufacturing technologies and processes
G. Ability to lead and support cross-functional process improvement team
H. Electric Installations Knowledge.
I. Natural Gas Installation Knowledge.
J. Fire Protection /Prevention Installation Knowledge.
K. Air Compressors Operation and maintenance Knowledge.
L. Knowledge of Waste water Treatment Operation.
M. Air Conditioning System Operation Knowledge.
N. Ammonia system knowledge.
O. Ergonomic knowledge.
P. Arc Flash Knowledge
Q. Pneumatic Knowledge.
R. Instrumentation Knowledge.
S. Electronic knowledge
T. Floor painting techniques
U. Housekeeping services management
Skills:
A. This position requires some travel.
B. It requires the use management skills, act as a liaison for associates at all levels.
C. Regulatory compliance and documentation
D. Drawings Installation
E. Back Up Activities
F. Facility Preventive Maintenance
G. Fm global insure requirement compliance
H. Support continuous improvement efforts to meet and exceed customer requirements in a fast-paced environment.
I. Participate and assist in meeting and maintenance objectives
