Electrical Site Manager - Customer Projects
Location:
Finland - Helsinki (construction site for Data Centers)
Sweden - Gavle (construction site for Data Centers)
Traveling: 50% in EMEA region, rotating possibility between the countries

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing Eaton's on-site operations from site preparation through construction, testing, and commissioning. You will represent Eaton and the Project Manager on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of all activities.
What you'll do:
In this role, you will act as a Site Supervisor in large sites (e.g. Microsoft data centers) for site preparation through deliveries, construction and testing phases and as such, have the authority to coordinate the daily operational works. This role will represent Eaton and will have the authority to coordinate the daily operational site meetings where planning, coordination, and safety are reviewed. Critical to the mission is to ensure all safety (EHS) and quality requirements met. For distant location work (EMEA) the Site Manager is expected to work on rotation over 6 weeks on site - 1 week home.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for all Health and Safety, Environmental processes on site
- Responsible to represent the Project Manager onsite and during local coordination meeting
- Coordinate / and direct site works by Eaton and Eaton third party suppliers on a daily basis
- Highlight gaps in resource (quality and quantity) to Project Manager. Aid planning to ensure Eaton adhering to schedules of works
- Maintain close cooperation with Project Manager and site service coordinators to form an effective team for executing Eaton's scope of supply.
- Is able to identify and notify extra-work from parties request and document them to the Project Manager
- Serves as testing auditor of test forms and test practices of the on-site testing/certifying /commissioning agent
- Is expected to be on site as per customer schedule each workday
- Is overall responsibility for leading the Eaton on-site service team, and Eaton vendor workers.
- Organizes and carries out site aspect of trainings for different parties as required
- Ensures that all Eaton service works are done following the instructions to meet high quality standards.
- Willingly manages any other responsibilities and duties as assigned or agreed by Project Manager or to meet local requirements.
- Acts ethically and according to Eaton Values & Philosophy following the company rules and policies (such as EBS) i.e. leading by example and ensuring that also own team members and vendors are following these rules

Qualifications:
- Strong electrical background
- Electrician training and/or project working experience ideal
- 3-5 years of experience in similar roles
Skills:
- Knowledge and experience with Health and Safety and Quality Management on contruction site
- Experience in power distribution construction site,
- Experience of executing delivery projects, electrical work and field service & commissioning work
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring, cabling documents
- Knowledge and experrience with MS Office and MS project
- Knowledge in Datacenter in a plus
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Self-motivated
- Willing to work on rotation 6 weeks on site - 1 week home
- Good people skills and Experience of working with customers is critical
- English is a must. Other local language skills may be required for long duration work in specific locations.
- Flexibility and adaptability - eagerness to learn all aspects of job is required for this role
