What you'll do:

Individual will be responsible for Supply Chain Financial Analysis. Incumbent has to co-ordinate with Global leaders to understand the requirement and provide the solution across critical business insights. Incumbent has to identify and implement standard processes and work to consistently meet the monthly schedules. Incumbent is also responsible to execute the business strategies along with Supply Chain team to understand the Financial impact and and share business commentary."
"1)Working with the Businesses globally, gathers and compiles data to be used in monthly supply chain analysis of spend, cost out, SPIR's, Economics, inventory, suppliers DPO. Ensures reporting schedule and deadlines are met. Develops and implements businesses standard work processes to increase efficiency on financial reporting.
2) Review, analyze and evaluate financial data and information for accuracy, consistency and transparency. Maintain integrity of reports prepared by the DFCOE team. Validates data and reports outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3) Work closely with key stakeholders to execute the requirements on PPV, Cost Out and Price Increases.
4) Plan the review cadence with business and leadership teams to provide the impact analysis and business commentary behind it.
5) Responsible to deliver the scheduled business insights on Daily Cost Out Analysis, Pipeline Analysis, PPV Summary, SCM Performance etc.
6) Manage, analyze, evaluate and interpret financial forecasts and operating results. Inform management of results. Provides required explanations in monthly reporting narrative.
7) Build strong collaboartions with buyers and commodity manager's team to seek the insights on the actions of SPIR's and Cost Out projects.
8) Creates and prepares adhoc financial analysis as per business requirement.
9) Drive the continuous improvement on various KPI's, Tools and Automation solution with business.
10) Involve in transitioning new activities and able to create and maintain the Standard Operating procedure documents as per ISO standards.
11) Knowledge of Data Visualization tools like Power BI will be mandatory.

12) Establish financial controls and compliance mechanism for Cost Out and SPIR projects and ensure adherence to company policy."
Qualifications:
B.E., MBA in Finance
4 to 6 years
Skills:
MS Office Package (Advance Excel, VBA Macros, Word & PPT) to create dynamics dashboards, Power BI, Python, Smartview
Excellent communicating skills with Customer Engagement & Customer Focus, Drives for Results and ready to adopt changes
