As the Senior Manager, People Process Transformation and Continuous Improvement, you will lead a global team of process strategists dedicated to reimagining the end-to-end people experience at DoorDash and Wolt.
In this role, you'll lead bold, hands-on transformation that connects people, process, and technology in ways that save thousands of hours, improve employee experiences, and deliver measurable business impact. You will guide your team to compress cycle times, remove friction, and embed automation into our highest-impact People processes, while balancing scalability with the nuance of global and local requirements.
You will report directly to the VP, People Platforms and partner closely with COEs, business unit People leaders, engineers, product managers, and operations leaders worldwide. - Set a vision and roadmap for continuous improvement across global People processes, aligned to enterprise automation and transformation goals
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and systems thinking principles to diagnose root causes, redesign processes, and embed automation and self-service at scale
- Partner with tech and product leaders to deliver solutions that balance process simplification, policy alignment, and end-user experience
- Oversee the creation of future-state process architectures that integrate seamlessly with AI-powered tools and platforms
- Ensure all process changes are backed by quantifiable success metrics such as time savings, SLA compression, ROI, and adoption rates
- Facilitate cross-functional design sessions with stakeholders to align on priorities, sequence work, and drive readiness across process, org, and tech dimensions
- Build transparent dashboards and diagnostic tools to monitor process health, highlight gaps, and identify new opportunities
- Champion end-user empathy, ensuring solutions are intuitive, accessible, and elevate the employee experience
- Institutionalize a culture of continuous improvement, empowering teams to challenge legacy processes and adopt a data-driven approach to change
We are excited about you because
- You bring 10+ years of hands-on Continuous Improvement leadership, ideally in HR, Talent Acquisition, or other large-scale operational functions
- You are an expert in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt or equivalent experience) and adept at tools like Value Stream Mapping, 5 Whys, and root cause analysis
- You have led large-scale, multi-system process transformations across global organizations
- You are a systems thinker who can see the full architecture of how people, process, and technology interconnect and then act decisively on the right levers
- You have a proven record of measurable impact such as compressing cycle times, reducing costs, increasing quality, and boosting adoption
- You are fluent in process mapping, service blueprinting, and org/process/tech decomposition
- You lead with end-user empathy, building processes that work for the people who actually use them
- You thrive in high-change, high-ambiguity environments, using data and structured thinking to cut through complexity
- You have the collaboration and influence skills to align diverse stakeholders behind a shared transformation vision
