Responsibilities
- Lead the annual OPEX budget and actual processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct monthly OPEX variance analyses by comparing Actual vs AOP vs Outlook, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure budget discipline and act as a business partner to HR.
- Proactively identify cost variances and develop corrective action plans and optimization recommendations.
- Deliver alternative strategies to senior management through "what-if" scenarios and risk analyses.
- Ensure OPEX expenses are managed in line with company policies and financial controls.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes within Diageo systems with the required quality and deadlines.
- Drive process improvement initiatives in financial planning and reporting to enhance efficiency.
- Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI to develop dynamic reporting dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or Economics.
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced knowledge of SAP.
