ROLE PURPOSE:

Support commercial planning for respective channel, helping translate channel strategy, brand priorities, AOP building blocks, and customer plans into organized tools, trackers, insights, and execution materials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support channel and customer planning activities for Channel / national commercial planning, including plan development, analysis, calendars, and status tracking.


  • Maintain AOP building-block trackers, risks/opportunities, baseline inputs, and performance updates.


  • Coordinate with Brand, Sales, RGM, Analytics, Supply, and Finance to gather inputs and follow up on actions.


  • Prepare selling stories, PiCoS tools, customer materials, meeting decks, and execution support documents.


  • Analyze sales, distribution, customer, pricing, and activation data to identify issues and opportunities.


  • Support AI/IBP and commercial planning routines with accurate assumptions and documentation.


  • Ensure plans, files, and stakeholder communications are organized, current, and actionable.


Key Outputs:

  • Planning trackers, calendars, and status reports for respective channel.


  • AOP building-block updates, baseline inputs, and performance summaries.


  • Customer/channel selling materials and PiCoS support tools.


  • Meeting decks, action logs, and follow-up documentation.


  • Opportunity/risk analyses and recommended next steps.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 3+ years of commercial planning, sales support, category, analytics, customer marketing, brand, or operations experience.


  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, data interpretation, organization, and communication skills.


  • Ability to manage details, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders across functions.


  • Understanding of sales channels, customer planning, AOP, or execution processes preferred.


  • Proactive problem solver who can convert inputs into clear tools and actions.
