Overview
Cash Management (CM) is part of Deutsche Bank's Corporate Bank and serves MNC companies, NBFIs, and FinTech clients with first-class solutions that help improve liquidity and cash flow, optimize treasury and (foreign exchange) payment management, and address the complexity of national and cross-border cash management needs in 34 countries worldwide.
The Strategy, Knowledge & Positioning team drives Go-To-Market success by developing strategic messages, translating market insights into client-relevant content, and supporting sales with impactful material and Requests for Proposal (RfP).
You will be a subject matter expert on CM products and solutions globally, with a specific focus on CM offering in the Americas region, especially in regard to the complexities and diverse product offering of DB across the region.

What You'll Do
- Support the Global and Regional Cash Management Sales & Marketing in the creation of client-oriented materials with a focus on Americas specifics, adapting global content and messages to regional specifics across various industries and countries
- Ensure strong connectivity with Americas based CM teams to deliver the positioning towards our strategic regional CM solutions through cross-divisional projects and initiatives
- Creation of highly impactful and advisory client-oriented content, e.g., pitch decks, solution overviews, and case studies - with a special focus on regionally relevant insights. Analysis, preparation & translation of market trends, client challenges, and regional developments into strategically relevant content for sales teams, in close collaboration with Regional CM sales and Product Experts - for targeted support along the customer journey
- Support in the development of content for regional webinars, conferences, and client events, including speaker briefings, discussion guides for sales, and supporting materials (e.g., pitchbooks, case studies)
- Ability to structure highly tailored and complex CM solutions addressing the individual client needs by collaborating with CM Sales, Coverage, Product, Implementation and Service teams. Focus on CM Americas strategy, solutions innovation & connectivity between the corridors Europe to Americas / APAC to Americas and vice versa. Responsibility for global RFP responses and individual client proposals, with a particular focus on regional requirements
Skills You'll Need
- Recognized university degree (or comparable education)
- Experience in the Corporate Cash Management industry, profound knowledge of client requirements, market, and regulatory trends in Cash Management
- Proven relevant professional experience in a global corporate bank in product solutions including experience linked to the Corporate Cash Management industry, profound knowledge of client requirements, market, and regulatory trends in Cash Management
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and creative in developing compelling client presentations and proposals
Skills That Will Help You Excel
- Independent working style with the ability to translate regional content into clear, impactful messages
- Experience in stakeholder management across departments and regions
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, and a strong ability to create compelling, target-group-specific texts - German and other language skills are an advantage
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills, ability to work under strict deadlines
- Positive proactive attitude, solution oriented and dynamic working approach
Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $85,000 to $146,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
