Work You'll Do

  • Lead End-to-End Implementation Projects: Oversee the entire lifecycle of Workday Financials deployments, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Strategic Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to client executive teams, helping them translate finance transformation objectives into Workday system requirements. Provide thought leadership around best practices, process improvements, and system optimization.
  • Team Leadership and Resource Management: Manage and mentor a team of consultants and analysts, allocate resources efficiently, and facilitate collaboration among functional, technical, and change management workstreams.
  • Risk Management and Stakeholder Communication: Identify project risks and mitigation strategies, proactively address issues, and manage expectations through regular status updates and executive-level communications.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel 0-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must have active Public Trust clearance
  • 15+ years of Workday Financials implementation experience
  • 10+ years experience leading strategic transformations for higher education institutions
  • 5+ years experience leading a Workday practice and managing a team of consultants
  • Active certifications in one or more of the following: Workday Pro Record to Report Services Certification, Banking & Settlement Services or Expenses Services Certification
