Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Physical Security on the Office of Security team, you will be responsible for advancing workforce safety awareness initiatives, managing strategic projects, and supporting operational excellence across security programs.
- Lead the planning, execution, and ongoing management of workforce safety awareness programs and strategic business initiatives.
- Develop and implement communications and engagement approaches that increase visibility, understanding, and adoption of Office of Security priorities.
- Partner with team leaders to document, maintain, and improve operating procedures, process materials, and program governance documentation.
- Define, track, and report program metrics to measure effectiveness and support decision-making for security initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, communications, workshops, and briefing materials for security leadership and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support project delivery.

The team
The Office of Security helps protect Deloitte professionals, workplaces, and operations by delivering programs, guidance, and support focused on safety and security. This team works across stakeholders to strengthen awareness, improve processes, and advance initiatives that support a secure working environment. Team members collaborate closely with business leaders and enabling areas to drive practical, enterprise-focused solutions.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, security operations, strategic communications, or process improvement
- Experience developing presentations, written communications, or briefing materials for leadership audiences
- Experience documenting operating procedures, process documentation, or governance materials
- Experience defining, tracking, and reporting program metrics or performance measures
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience working in Deloitte's office operations environment
- Experience supporting physical security, workforce safety, or enterprise security awareness programs
- Experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, or educational programs
- Experience collaborating with communications, talent, or learning and development teams
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design tools
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Remote role, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Remote role and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $147,600.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
