As a Specialist Manager, you will lead high-impact analytics, influence senior stakeholders, and advance data, delivery, and responsible AI practices.

Work you'll do

  • Select and apply appropriate tools and methods to build scalable analytics solutions.
  • Strengthen data standards, governance, quality, and trust.
  • Champion responsible AI and GenAI practices that balance value, quality, and risk.
  • Accelerate delivery through automation, reusable assets, and modern platforms.
  • Advise senior leaders and cultivate trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Align cross-functional teams on roles, decisions, and accountability.
  • Coach team members, provide direct feedback, and create development opportunities.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, high-performing team environment.

The team

Enterprise Planning & Capital Management (EP&CM) advises business leaders on financial and strategic decisions. Within EP&CM, the Strategic Analytics team transforms financial, sales, account, workforce, and market data into actionable insights that guide leadership decisions. Our key focus areas include enterprise planning and forecasting, sales target setting, automated performance and profitability reporting, and predictive revenue and demand modeling. We also develop GenAI and machine-learning solutions that uncover client buying patterns, improve decision-making, and enable firmwide transformation.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, finance, business intelligence, FP&A, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex analytics initiatives from problem definition through implementation.
  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to lead multiple priorities through ambiguity and change.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and data storytelling skills.
  • Working knowledge of data governance, data quality, validation, and responsible AI/GenAI practices.

.Preferred:

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools.
  • Professional services experience.
  • Experience with enterprise strategy, finance transformation, executive decision support, dashboards, KPI frameworks, or analytical models.
  • Experience supporting implementation and change for strategic or analytics initiatives.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,500 to $171,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
