Work You'll Do
Senior Manager acting as an Engagement Manager on multiple projects, pursuits and practice development initiatives, lead complex client engagements, oversee project delivery, and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing project risks, and driving business growth through relationship management and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for client executives and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
- Understand client business needs and proactively identify opportunities for additional value.
- Engagement Delivery
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex projects or programs.
- Oversee all phases of the engagement lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to support their professional growth.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team.
- Business and Practice Development
- Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Contribute to proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Participate in thought leadership, industry forums, and Deloitte eminence-building activities.
- Quality and Compliance
- Ensure all engagement activities comply with Deloitte policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, JD, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including prior experience managing large-scale client engagements.
- 5+ years leading cross functional teams delivering webinars, workshops and panels
- 3+ years leading go to market strategies including digital trust products
- 3+ years defining innovation opportunities to drive pipeline and growth
- 2+ years managing alliance with strategic partners to drive innovation
- 2+ years in product management with emerging markets and international development
