Full Stack Developer - AODocs
Position Summary

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Developer you will build data migration tooling to transition client's document management to the AODocs platform, and provide ongoing operational support including solution development, bug fixes, enhancements to the document compare utility, third-party integrations, performance monitoring, and change management. Services also include business analysis, project/program management, and technical support for the Google Application Engine, with deliverables spanning migration tooling, solutions development planning, fixes, integrations, enhancements, and regular reporting. The successful candidate would possess these skills:
- Develop new features, enhancements, and customizations on the AODocs and LEA Doc Compare platforms using Java, Python, and REST APIs on GCP.
- Provide production support and bug fixes during standard US business hours under the 8x5 delivery model (no 24x7 coverage required).
- Serve as first responder for customer requests originating in US time zones; delegate work to India-based developers as needed.
- Coordinate with the AODocs (third-party) product support team on upgrades, certifying changes in staging before production release.
- Execute manual build/deployment for customizations, validating changes prior to go-live.
- Support onboarding of new teams/libraries onto AODocs, including maintaining/updating existing data-migration tooling.
- Participate in disaster resiliency testing (DiRT) activities, documenting recovery steps so someone unfamiliar with the architecture can replicate the environment.
- Collaborate with the Solution Designer and Technical Project Manager on requirement clarification and delivery sequencing.

Qualifications
Required
- 3+yrs experience in AODocs, Java, Python, REST APIs, GCP stack; hands-on AODocs and LEA Doc Compare experience; production support/bug-fix experience in a customer-facing support model
- 3+yrs experience in Java, Python, REST APIs, SQL, GCP services; experience customizing and extending third-party platforms (AODocs, LEA Doc Compare) rather than building from scratch.
- Familiarity with G3-style documentation and review tooling.
- Experience delivering within a defined 8x5 support window (not 24x7); able to triage, prioritize, and resolve bugs from a live ticket/bug queue.
- First point of contact for customer requests arriving in US business hours; able to delegate/hand off tasks to India-based developers when work extends beyond the US day.
- Comfortable with largely manual build/deployment pipelines for platform customizations; coordinates directly with the third-party AODocs product support team on upgrades and production releases.
- Clear technical documentation; works independently against evolving/undocumented legacy customizations; comfortable being the escalation point between US customers and offshore team members.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
