A Sr Process Analyst will assist in the updating of documentation of key processes, procedures, and policies for the delivery of the process's activities and services to the DaVita Village.

The Sr Process Analyst will ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved throughout all process activities. Additionally, the Sr Process Analyst will have an expert-level understanding of the process. The Sr Process Analyst will be able to explain the process and its value, welcoming every opportunity to champion the process and the team(s) that support it. This position will lead, coordinate, and participate in multiple assignments/projects simultaneously. This position reports to the Supervisor of Process Management.

Evaluates the effectiveness of key processes and identifies opportunities for improvement

Develops solutions to gaps in the process and validate those improvements

Produces ad-hoc reports quickly and efficiently in order to analyze an issue

Presents process-related data to peers and members of senior leadership

Other duties as assigned.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $77,968.80 - $93,000.00 per year.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
