Training Program Owner III

And we do it all with heart, each and every day.This position is remote anywhere in the contiguous US.As a Training Program Owner, you will design, develop, performance consult, and project manage training programs and initiatives by assessing learning needs, creating engaging content, facilitating training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness. This role will allow you to apply instructional design expertise and training delivery skills to enhance employee knowledge and skills, support professional development, and contribute to organizational learning.You will accomplish this through:
- Ensuring that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to the approved training budget to contribute to the company's overall revenue and profitability targets.
- Directing individuals to examine existing training programs to find enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, and the industry.
- Determining new methods and techniques for training while staying abreast of training requirements applicable to the organization and industry.
- Implementing training materials and programs that are current, accurate, and effective to successfully enhance the company's brand recognition and competitive advantage in the industry.
- Forecasting problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve to proactively address and resolve issues.
- Conferring with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for outside training programs.
- Delivering the training plan to include project budget and project plans, while working with business partners as needed to ensure project goals and quality standards are consistently met.
- Coordinating effectively with team members, trainers, and management to ensure compliance with the company's regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality protocols and standards.
- Conducting most complex assessments of employees' skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
- Classroom facilitation as needed for support and special requests.
- Classroom observation on programs in your control.
- 5+ years' relevant training work experience.
- Training in performance-based instructional design methodologies.
- Training in adult learning principles.
- Strong performance consultation skills.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence others.
- Ability to identify priorities and execute on variables specific to business landscape.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel (up to 10%) based on business needs; including airplane travel.

The typical pay range for this role is:$63,300.00 - $139,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.Additional Information:

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
