We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our digital web presence. This role requires deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), strong knowledge of UX/UI principles, and proven ability to manage complex web operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on technical skills and leadership experience, capable of overseeing day-to-day web operations while driving innovation and efficiency.As a Senior Web Manager, you will own the end-to-end management of our corporate website, ensuring it delivers exceptional user experiences aligned with brand standards and business objectives. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, partner with external development vendors, and work closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, and technology teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Additionally, you will supervise and mentor a direct report responsible for authoring and QA, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to best practices.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all day-to-day web operations, ensuring site performance, accuracy, and compliance with brand and accessibility standards.
  • Manage and optimize content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), leveraging advanced componentry and templates for scalable, user-centric design.
  • Direct vendor relationships (development agencies, hosting providers, QA partners) to ensure timely delivery and adherence to technical and design standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (UX, SEO, product, engineering, marketing) to align web strategy with business goals.
  • Drive UX/UI excellence, ensuring pages are visually compelling, accessible, and optimized for engagement and conversion.
  • Establish and enforce governance for workflows, publishing processes, and quality assurance.
  • Monitor site analytics and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve user experience and content effectiveness.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, AEM advancements, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Oversee multimedia integration, including video, imagery, and interactive elements, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Lead troubleshooting and issue resolution, leveraging front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and coordinating with development teams for complex fixes.
  • Supervise and mentor web authors, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain high standards of content quality.
  • Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in web management, digital content strategy, or UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior-level role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content authoring and site management.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Solid knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and ability to liaise effectively with development teams.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, ADA compliance, and web performance optimization.

  • Background in both front-end and back-end development concepts for effective technical oversight.
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Web Development, UX/UI Design, or related field.

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
