Senior Analyst, Business Consultant · Medicare Appeals Training Team - Work From Home

The Senior Analyst, Business Consultant supports the Medicare Appeals Training Team by coordinating trainingKey Responsibilities:
Training Program Coordination
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and delivery of training programs for new and existing appeals staff.
- Support the development of training materials, job aids, and e-learning modules in collaboration with trainers - Maintain training records and ensure documentation meets audit and compliance standards.Program Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback surveys, performance metrics, and post-training assessments.
- Identify gaps in staff knowledge or performance and recommend targeted training interventions.
- Support the implementation of process improvements based on training outcomes and operational needs.Operational Support
- Collaborate with trainers and clinical consultants to ensure training content reflects current CMS regulations - Assist in onboarding new staff and coordinating refresher training for existing team members.
- Participate in readiness activities for audits and regulatory reviews by ensuring training compliance.Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a liaison between training, appeals operations, and compliance teams to ensure consistent messaging - Communicate training updates, schedules, and outcomes to leadership and frontline teams.
- Support cross-functional initiatives that impact training delivery or appeals performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor• s degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, Business, or related field.
- 3• 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, training coordination, or Medicare appeals.
- Familiarity with CMS regulations and Medicare Advantage appeals processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Proficiency in training platforms (e.g., LMS systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of audit preparation and documentation standards.

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
