We are building an IT Talent Pool for upcoming opportunities within our organization. We're looking for technology professionals with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and agile delivery, who are interested in being considered for future roles located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, México . Hybrid role: 3 days on site, 2 days home office.
What We Are Looking For
We are interested in professionals with experience in one or more of the following:
- Software Development: Java, .NET, Python, Front-End/Full Stack
- Infrastructure & Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP, networking, servers, DevOps
- Backup & Recovery : Commvault, Veeam, or similar tools
- ERP & Systems: Oracle, SAP, enterprise applications
- Cybersecurity: vulnerability analysis, identity management, compliance
- Data & Analytics : SQL, Power BI, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Informatica Cloud
- Technical Support & IT Operations: Service Desk, systems administration, troubleshooting
- Agile Roles: Scrum Master , Agile Coach, sprint ceremonies facilitation, cross-functional team guidance, agile metrics tracking
- IT & Project Management Tools: Jira, ServiceNow or similar platforms
RESPONSIBILITIES
Desired Profile
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
- Solid professional experience in IT or Agile environments
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Results-driven mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- Adaptability to global, fast-paced technology environments
- Advanced English
