By joining us, you can systematically understand the entire development process of traditional internal combustion engines and new energy related products, learn advanced structural design experience and component analysis technology, and more deeply apply the knowledge learned in school to practice flexibly.
2. During your tenure, you will learning specialized design skills by having a dedicated mentor and working with outstanding technical experts to delve into every product development details.

1. Comply with Cummins HSE police and Values.
2. Applies and supports the execution design processes.
3. Create optimized design concepts by applies engineering knowledge principles and design practices considering application, cost, weight, performance, reliability, durability, manufacturing, assembly, and serviceability with guidance from more experienced team members.
4. Communicate design intent through a thorough Design Review package, obtains agreement with cross-functional engineers by holding a review meeting.

1. Familiar with internal combustion engines, understand mechanical design principles and basic material mechanics knowledge, and master at least one drawing software.
2. Good reading and written in English, oral English is preferred.
3. Ensure 3-4 days of attendance per week.
4. Good communication and learning skills.
5. Familiar with Microsoft Office.
