DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented ONSITE Quality Administrator - Level II to join our team specializing in Quality for our Cummins Inc. facility in Las Vegas, NV.
This role is 100% ONSITE at the Cummins Las Vegas Regional Distribution Center- 6050 North Hollywood Blvd Ste., Las Vegas, NV 89115.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Conducting in-depth quality analysis and testing - Helping identify trends and root causes that support stronger product and process reliability.
- Managing quality data systems - Administering software like CQMS and PPAP to ensure timely tracking, documentation, and resolution of quality issues.
- Documenting performance and insights - Capturing key quality metrics and issues in a way that empowers leaders to make data-driven decisions.
- Driving problem resolution efforts - Monitoring progress and keeping management informed of outcomes to ensure accountability and improvement.
- Contributing to quality system improvements - Assisting in the development of new procedures and helping refine methods that elevate overall quality performance.
- Supporting quality audits and assessments - Participating in internal evaluations and ensuring compliance with established standards and expectations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams - Working across departments to align quality initiatives with broader manufacturing and operational goals.
- Adding value through detail-oriented administrative support - Managing essential administrative tasks that keep the quality function organized, efficient, and audit-ready.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
