DESCRIPTION
The Administrative Associate - Level II provides essential administrative and data support to the Quality function. This position is responsible for coordinating documentation, gathering and entering data, preparing reports, and supporting routine departmental activities. The role operates under a moderate level of supervision and requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking capabilities.
Work Model: Hybrid
- Work from Home: Monday & Friday
- Work from Office: Tuesday - Thursday Shift Timing: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support through research, preparation of statistical reports, and handling routine information requests.
- Gather, compile, verify, and accurately enter data into various documents such as reports, presentations, forms, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Support departmental activities by assisting with data collection, data entry, and generating reports.
- Manage routine office and associate functions, including preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Respond to or appropriately redirect routine internal and external inquiries related to departmental activities, processes, and organizational information.
- Prepare and submit documentation for vendor or third-party payments; enter payment requests in the accounting system and respond to related inquiries from accounts payable and vendors.
- Maintain and update departmental policies and procedures.
- Participate in business improvement initiatives and departmental projects as a collaborative team member.
- Perform other routine administrative tasks as per established organizational and departmental procedures.
