Tender Manager, Nordic Region (m/f/x)
(Fulltime / permanent / Location: Danderyd - Greater Stockholm Area)
The Opportunity
As the Tender Manager for the Nordic Region, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing CSL Behring's tender strategy across Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, and Iceland. As part of the Business Operations team, you will lead the planning, coordination, and management of all tender submissions, ensuring that CSL Behring's products are accurately represented and competitively positioned in the public procurement landscape.
This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally, influence strategic commercial outcomes, support regional planning cycles, and drive continuous improvement in tender processes and tools. You will serve as a key expert on tender requirements, competitive activity, legal frameworks, and environmental and corporate social responsibility (CSR) obligations across the Nordic region.

The Role:
Tender Strategy & Planning
- Define and support the Nordic tender strategy, including market analysis, pricing recommendations, and contribution to planning and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies and stay current on procurement laws, competitive dynamics, and CSR requirements.
- Prepare tender plans for key products and monitor upcoming tenders across the region.
Tender Submission & Coordination
- Lead end-to-end coordination of tender submissions across all Nordic countries.
- Secure approvals for participation and pricing; collaborate closely with the Tender & Contract Specialist.
- Represent CSL Behring in external tender meetings and engage legal support when needed.
- Track legislation and competitor activities that may impact tender outcomes.
Post-Tender Management
- Communicate outcomes and insights to sales, marketing, and relevant partners.
- Maintain accurate tender data systems and update logistics for supply planning.
- Manage tender contracts, including renewals and prolongations.
Continuous Improvement & Opportunity Identification
- Identify opportunities to improve tender processes, tools, and systems.
- Highlight business opportunities throughout the tender lifecycle.
Your Skills and Experience:
Education
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public tenders and/or pricing and reimbursement.
- Experience working across multiple Nordic markets is highly advantageous.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is required.
Competencies
- Fluent in Swedish and English; understanding of additional Nordic languages is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with tender management systems is an asset.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Business acumen, adaptability, strong communication, presentation skills, and effective internal/external networking.
Reporting Relationships:
This position reports directly to the Head of Business Operations
