工作职责:

1. 信息收集与分析

在日常工作中'主动收集与业务发展和客户管理相关的信息和数据。完整,准确,真实记录市场动态和客户在疾病领域的学术需求'包括建立客户档案'填写C360拜访信息等。应用C360系统所获数据信息来评估市场潜力'辨别业务机会'达成业务目标

2. 资源利用

了解自己所拥有的资源'以及各项资源的使用方法。能够依据业务需要'应用区域管理原则把资源分配到客户层面'在合规前提下和预算范围内'有效执行公司的市场策略和品牌活动

3. 客户管理

制定阶段性拜访计划'为每一次拜访设定SMART且连续性的拜访目标'提升客户认可度'并定期回顾'与区域内的重点客户建立并推进良好工作关系'并正面影响其他客户

4. 绩效管理

运用绩效管理工具达成个人绩效目标,在上级经理的指导下实现专业能力提升,职业发展

任职要求:

1. 大学学历'商业,医学或辅助医学专业优先

2. 至少3-5年制药/医疗行业工作经验

3. 较强的谈判和沟通能力

4. 团队合作'自我激励'自信'敬业
