Pharma-Fachmitarbeiter:in - Fraktionierung

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe sind Sie für Fraktionierung - also die erste grobe Auftrennung von humanem Blutplasma - zuständig. Dabei wird das Blutplasma gepoolt und nach kalten Ethanolfällungen filtriert. Der zurückbleibende Filterkuchen wird isoliert und für die weitere Verarbeitung bereitgestellt.

Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten im Wesentlichen:

  • Zusammen mit Ihren Teamkollegen sind Sie für das Poolen und der Weiterverarbeitung des Plasmas zuständig
  • Sie bedienen die entsprechenden Produktionsanlagen sowie Analysegeräte, überwachen die Prozessabläufe und protokollieren die ausgeführten Tätigkeiten
  • Sie sind fähig bei Problemlösungsprozessen konstruktiv mitzuarbeiten
  • Weiter sind Sie verantwortlich für die Reinigung und Instandhaltung der Anlagen und Reinräume
  • In dieser Funktion arbeiten Sie in einem Schichtmodell (Früh, Mittel- und Spätschicht sowie Wochenende)

Qualifikationen & Berufserfahrung:
  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre vorzugsweise im Pharma- oder Lebensmittelbereich
