Medical Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Serves as CSL medical contact for both internal and external partners in interactions and communications requiring medical knowledge and medical expertise on CSL products and relevant therapeutic areas.
  
• Supports medical affairs operations on planning and implementation of projects.
  
• Serves as medical expert and contributes to strategic product planning for the region/country.
  
• Implements strategy for scientific interactions with the medical community including key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups.
  
• Engages with key thought-leaders, Health Care Professionals, regional / local institutions and organizations in the territory through appropriate high-level scientific interactions.
  
• Actively participates in the preparation of scientific, promotional and educational events in Turkey and provides medical expertise needed for preparing these events in adherence with CSL values and Code of Responsible Business Practice, local CSL processes, relevant local and international codes and regulations.
  
• Ensures internal training and continuous medical support for the cross functional teams.
  
• Coordinates the review of Investigator Initiated Research (IIR) study proposals.
  

Qualifications:

• University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Medical Affairs is preferred
  
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
  
• Good planning and organizational skills
  
• Advanced interpersonal, project management and presentation skills
  
• Ability to form strong communication networks with key internal and external stakeholders
  
• Ability to 'translate' scientific data into meaningful, clear and compliant content for stakeholder communications and engagement
  
• General clinical trial experience is preferred
  
• Ethical and principle based approach to decision-making
  
• Valid driver's license
  
• No restrictions for travel domestically and internationally
