We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our team in Athens. This unique role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on sales execution, driving sustainable growth for CSL's Immunology portfolio and making a real impact on patient outcomes.

The Role:

• Develop and implement local marketing strategies aligned with global objectives
• Translate brand strategies into effective tactical plans, campaigns, and promotional initiatives
• Analyze market dynamics, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, and other internal teams for aligned execution
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs for the Immunology portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders
• Develop and execute account plans to maximize territory performance
• Monitor sales performance, forecast results, and implement corrective actions when needed

Your Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry) or Business
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing experience, ideally in immunology, rare diseases, or specialty care
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare market and regulations
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and executing marketing tactics
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to innovate for better patient outcomes
