We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team. In this role, you will be the strategic partner for healthcare professionals, driving access to innovative therapies and improving patient outcomes.

The Role:

  • Manage and grow CSL portfolio in your territory of responsibility
  • Translate scientific data into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets and expand market share
  • Monitor accounts performance and provide accurate reporting via CRM tools
  • Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging insights to optimize patient care pathways
  • Support Head of Marketing in new product launches execution and strategic plans of CSL portfolio by generating innovative ideas to improve patient care
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in a life science field (Pharmacy, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry) or business
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, ideally in rare disease or specialty care
  • Experience in Nephrology Care will be additionally valued
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare market and regulations
  • Proven success in product launches and account management
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to innovate for better patient outcomes
