About the Role:
Reporting to our Europe Sales Leader you will be responsible for the France sales teams, including the delivery of profitable long-term revenue streams and the development of strong client, partner relationships and new business development, playing a vital role in the overall sales growth strategy across the region.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the business to ensure increased and sustainable growth and take direct and hands-on responsibility for the delivery of sales targets for the region as agreed.
- Rapidly gain acceptance within Crowdstrike as a strong sales leader who can provide leadership to the sales teams across the region.
- Quickly understand the potential and business benefits offered by Crowdstrike solutions. Develop and execute the sales strategy for the regional business to ensure increased and sustainable growth.
- Take direct and hands-on responsibility for the delivery of sales targets for the region as agreed. Determine the extent of business potential for Crowdstrike, identify the most appropriate points of access to customers, and ensure the optimal utilization of sales and pre-sales resources.
- Build and develop strong channel partner and client relationships across the region. Identify and build relationships with channel partners to ensure that Crowdstrike capitalises quickly on business that is best developed with others. Take ultimate responsibility for client and partner satisfaction at all points during and after client engagements.
- Contribute to the overall management of Crowdstrike in the region. Represent the Sales function of the region and inform the organisation about requirements specific to the region's business.
- Represent Crowdstrike externally, taking opportunities to inform and educate the market and IT industry through platform speaking, seminars, press briefings, etc, and spearhead local marketing programmes consistent with overall corporate objectives.
- Manage successful, accurate sales forecasts to meet or exceed assigned revenue quota, whilst ensuring that the regional sales teams meet assigned quota.
- Ensure teams have sufficient activity and opportunities to achieve quota
- Manage an effective sales team whilst supporting them to maximize new business short term revenue and build future new business opportunities
- Strong people development orientation - our people are our greatest asset and we expect our leaders to achieve strong engagement and create personal development opportunities for their teams

- Proven successful career in sales, sales management and/or general management within the security or broad infrastructure software arena, having built and led sales teams in the past. Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, manage and grow a high-performance sales function within the specified territory.
- First class track record of building a business based both on solutions sold via channel partners, as well as "big ticket" solutions sold directly to major accounts.
- Ability to thrive in a sophisticated client engagement environment, and to build and develop relationships at the highest levels of customer and partner organisation and pre requisite
- International experience, with an ability to lead individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Demonstrable ability to operate across APJ, with an understanding of what it takes to conduct business successfully/ethnically across different markets ensuring compliance standards are met.
- Experience of leading, managing and growing a sales organisation on behalf of an US headquartered, quarterly earnings driven business, with an understanding of revenue recognition issues.
- First class "hands-on" leadership skills combined with commercial acumen and a focus on the customer.
- Motivational, with proven people management, influencing and mentoring skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with strong presence and the natural ability to build long-lasting relationships with client and partner organisations
- Flexibility and openness in working with different nationalities and cultures; with sensitivity to the nuances of different international marketplaces.
- Strong decision maker; open, confident and persuasive, with excellent presentation and listening abilities will all be part of this individual's qualities as a true regional leader.
- In-depth Experience of the SaaS industry in France
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity solution selling
- Experience scaling sales organizations in a high-growth, SaaS-based company
- Strong command of sales planning, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy
