Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Project Lead to join our team. As a Project Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing CivilSense™ related projects. CivilSense projects include internal and external projects relating to Digital Water Innovation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract information, maintain scope, and interpret data, supporting data-driven decision-making for our field teams. You will also track technology developments, partner relations, and assist with Program management Strategy.

The Project Lead is responsible for the customer experience from the point of sale to project closure. To achieve Oldcastle's goal to enhance the CivilSense Business, this role will ensure customer satisfaction on all projects. Once an opportunity becomes a sales order, the Project Lead drives all activities from point of sale to project closure including monitoring and controlling projects, budget control, risk management, coordinating with partners, and collaborating with internal teams.

Job Location

• This position will be hybrid at our corporate office in Atlanta, GA.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide project direction and oversight for CivilSense Team
• Manage project setup and input of data (.shp files) from customers
• Monitor and control project budget, scope, schedule, risks, performance, and execution
• Create project status report and project impact reports
• Attend weekly client meetings providing data led, performance and progress reviews
• Collaborate with Global Partners, Internal, and Technical Teams
• Manage internal and external projects within Oldcastle Infrastructure

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) is preferred, or willing to obtain the certification within a year
• Proven experience as a project lead, project manager, or similar experience
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Proficiency in data manipulation tools
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets, with attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze issues from multiple perspectives
• Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to travel 25%-35%
• Ensure timely delivery of projects to CivilSense KPIs and Standards
• Correct use of PPE
