We're looking for a Commercial & Supply Chain Controller to partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations in driving profitability, margin protection, and operational efficiency across the business.

What you'll do:

• Act as a strategic finance business partner to Commercial and Supply Chain teams
• Analyze pricing, promotions, customer & product profitability, and margin performance
• Support S&OP through cost visibility, inventory health, and scenario planning
• Identify margin leakage, cost-to-serve inefficiencies, and working capital opportunities
• Develop insights and dashboards on key KPIs (Revenue, GM, Price/Mix, DSO, Inventory)
• Champion data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Solid background in manufacturing and/or supply chain finance
• Proven ability to challenge assumptions, influence decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and Excel/PowerPoint skills
