Sales Coordinator (Entry Level) Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level position plays a critical supporting role in our sales organization, responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that help our sales team operate efficiently and effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about sales, organization, and developing a career in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will...

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and proposals for client meetings.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems to ensure accuracy of information.
  • Process sales documentation and assist with contract administration.
  • Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and customer service departments to ensure smooth information flow.
  • Respond to incoming correspondence, including emails and phone inquiries, promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for sales management.
  • Support the organization of sales events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring compliance with company policies.
