Summary:
Cook Children's Physician Network (CCPN) has a great opportunity for a board certified/board eligible Outpatient Pediatrician to join our team at one of our Cook Children's Neighborhood Health Centers.
• ur community-based Neighborhood Centers provide a primary medical home for kids from birth through adolescence. The centers provide unique services in the community, particularly for underserved children and families. These teams work seamlessly with community and Cook Children's partners to assess and address patient needs in a timely and thorough manner.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.
• .) required. - American Heart Association BLS
- Candidate must have successfully completed an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Medical Association (AMA) approved residency for pediatrics.
- Board certified/board eligible in their specialty area.
- Unrestricted Texas Medical License (must obtain prior to start date)
