We have a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Learning Experience Designer or Instructional Designer to join our client education team within Computershare's Entity Solutions business (CES).

Reporting to the Education Program Manager, you'll collaborate with a forward-thinking team to create learning solutions that deliver real impact. We focus on performance-driven design and strive to elevate the client's experience at every step of their learning journey with us. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop and maintain learning solutions for our CES applications, including eLearning, software simulations, how-to videos (screencasts), how-to guides and certification exams.
- Apply learning experience design principles and best practices to enhance content and ensure results.
- Develop performance-focused and appealing eLearning with Articulate Rise and Storyline including software simulations and assessments.
- Develop high-quality, easy-to-follow video screencasts using Camtasia and your own voiceover narration.
- Simplify complex software processes into clearly written how-to instructions.
- Apply user experience (UX) and graphic design best practices to design solutions with intuitive navigation, engaging interfaces and appealing graphics.
- Adhere to project management (Monday.com) and other team processes and standards for efficiently completing your work.
- Continuously evaluate and improve learning experiences based on user feedback, data insights and performance metrics.
- Embrace a marketing mindset in order to champion and promote our learning solutions (both internally and externally) to gain buy-in and increase usage.
- Meet and effectively collaborate virtually with your global team on a weekly basis.
- Communicate and build relationships with other CES functions with the goal of supporting each other and serving our clients.
- Stay up to date with learning design trends and be especially curious about AI.
- On rare occasions, you may be asked to facilitate instructor-led trainings (both virtual and in-person).
What will you bring to the role?
- University degree; or a minimum of six years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-6 years of experience designing and developing digital learning solutions as a learning experience designer, instructional designer, learning specialist or similar role.
- Experience developing eLearning with Articulate Rise and Storyline (required). Ability to produce assessments, software simulations, and complex interactions at an eLearning Level 3-4.
- Experience developing software screencast videos with Camtasia or similar applications.
- Experience using SnagIt or similar software to produce screenshots.
- Strong ability to write technical language and instructions for how-to guides.
- Experience collaborating strategically with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to assess learning needs, gather content/expertise and efficiently manage the review process.
- Excellent productivity and project management skills.
Portfolio required! Please provide a link to examples of your work. Preference will be given to portfolios that include software how-to guides and videos.
This position may require up to 10% travel based on business need.
