Description

Responsible for selling medical stop loss insurance products; renewing medical stop loss insurance policies; identifying, soliciting and submitting quality prospects; and meeting and communicating with policyholders, prospects and distribution partners to identify and satisfy customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of medical stop loss products, coverages, reinsurance markets, and distribution channels
  • Capabilities include ability to listen well, build rapport, and project confidence; prospecting and negotiation skills; resilience, persistence and adaptability; strong presentation skills; time management skills; and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge, capabilities and other skills as normally acquired through a bachelors degree and at least 5 years of experience

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
