  • Hands-on privacy experience in a SaaS context, including negotiating DPAs, and working knowledge of U.S. state privacy laws (such as CCPA/CPRA), GDPR, and international data transfer mechanisms. A privacy certification (CIPP/US or CIPP/E) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Harvey) to solve real-world business challenges, drive measurable outcomes, and  streamline workflows.
  • Experience negotiating with large enterprise or public sector customers.

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

You are

  • Applying strong drafting and negotiation skills, grounded in excellent business judgment and critical thinking.
  • Attending to detail, catching nuances in complex commercial agreements.
  • Communicator with a service-oriented approach, building trusted relationships with legal and non-legal colleagues.
