The Liquidity and Funding Management group within Treasury handles liquidity and funding planning across the corporation and its subsidiaries, including our bank and broker-dealers. We monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory ratios including the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and associated public disclosures, Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), FR 2052a Liquidity Monitoring Report. We also develop tools to assist our business partners in analyzing the liquidity impacts of business decisions. We work with our second line partners to assist in the development of robust contingency liquidity analyses and plans to help identify emerging risks. This group is responsible for the design of company liquidity management policies, ensuring compliance at all times, and escalating issues to senior management as necessary. We work with internal and external partners on multiple ongoing examinations and audits of liquidity practices. This is an individual contributor role within the Intraday, Funding, & Collateral Strategy group, and will lead Treasury's liquidity strategy and workstreams supporting digital assets and other emerging products.

What you have

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• CFA, CPA or FRM professional designation preferred
• 6+ Years in finance with 3+ years of experience managing Liquidity Risk for a Category IV or larger financial institution
• Deep knowledge of broker / dealer liquidity requirements (series 27 preferred)
• Deep knowledge of bank liquidity requirements
• Experienced with secured financing and collateral upgrade transactions
• Experience assessing liquidity risks associated with digital assets, blockchain, tokenization, or other emerging financial products preferred
• Experienced with financial systems and financial data
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, problem resolution skills
• Ability to translate sophisticated business problems into discrete quantifiable components
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Develop liquidity strategies and analytical frameworks to support emerging products, including long/short strategies, securities financing transactions, digital assets, and tokenized securities
• Assess the intraday liquidity, funding, and collateral implications of new business activities, including 24/7 trading and evolving settlement models
• Develop methodologies to quantify liquidity requirements and evaluate collateral eligibility, segregation, and operational readiness for digital assets and tokenized securities.
• Own Treasury workstreams and deliverables for digital asset and emerging product initiatives, and drive end-to-end delivery from ideation through implementation
• Design and implement monitoring metrics and reports on intraday liquidity
• Monitor customer trading activities and proactively identify emerging intraday liquidity risks
• Remain abreast of the macro-economic environment, regulatory guidelines and market structure developments
• Prepare and review ALCO, senior management, and Board committee materials
