Role overview

CarGurus is looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative, Inbound to assist in growing the advertising dealer base on our site and to work with our Account Executives to improve our market share of subscribed listing dealers

What you'll do

  • Receive inbound calls/leads, educate car dealers about CarGurus
  • Articulate CarGurus values proposition to dealers, handle requests and escalate when needed
  • Display strong communication skills, and ability to multi-task in a rapidly-changing environment
  • Demonstrate persistence, tenacity, ability to overcome obstacles and handle objections
  • Display strong prioritisation, organisation and time management skills
  • Lead development: Create new dealer listing advertisers on CarGurus each month
  • Develop and consistently meet or exceed all assigned quotas and key performance metrics
  • Log all sales activity completely and accurately in Salesforce
  • Work closely with CarGurus partners to ensure Inventory is loaded correctly

What you'll bring

  • 1+ years Sales Development experience and/or Customer Service experience
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills
  • Ability to stay focused on task and show attention to the details
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and excel
